New Day Centre for Hospiscare

Imperial Construction have started work on a new day hospice for Hospiscare. 

The £280,000 project in Mid Devon comes two years after the firm carried out major extension and renovation works at the charity's Exeter base.

After lying vacant for several years, the former Pine Lodge residential home in Tiverton is being converted into a day centre where community nurses and other volunteers will be based.

It is expected to take 20 weeks to complete the structural alterations, replacement of doors and windows, installation of equipment and external works.
